New creeping destruction from Wichita’s master of sharp noise music. FOFAB has outdone himself with this release; bright and harrowing from beginning to end. An hour of harsh introspection, not for the soft minded! Written and recorded by Adam Goodwin.
Songs from Wichita’s best angular rock outfit, all recorded live. Incredible timing and energy, for fans of SWEEP THE LEG JOHNNY, TERA MELOS, HELLA, etc.
Recorded live by Paul Anop in 2010.
DEAD SONGS is a collection of music written by $BADGER, that, for one reason or another, never developed into songs that would be performed live. Because we are primarily a live band, we dubbed this music as ‘dead’ simply because it had fallen out of our normal focus. The music is not without its merit, however; we found some golden bits in these recordings, and we hope that you will as well.
All music written by $BADGER. Recorded on single condenser microphone, or through iPhone 4 voice memo capabilities. No songs were named or pre-rehearsed. Mastered ever so slightly by Daniel Davis.

Wichita’s Joel Cachero (aka Golden Living Room) creates some extremely chilled out jams on this cassette – lots of layers of electronic sounds with a bent analog lean that finishes smooth.
“Forged from the circuitry of one man’s motherboard & from the darkest depths of Kansas lies a whole new experience…Golden Living Room. ‘Plug in, Drop Out’ & lose yourself in a world of ambience, and free your mind from the mundane. You too, can make your living room one that is golden by calling 1-800-GLD-LVRM today.”
two hits from wichita’s most hardworking weirdos. sonic equivalent of being dropped into the cave with all the muppet hands from labriynth. cassette version comes with prom transparency overlay print designed by TAHRC.
Split noise chaos between two of Wichita’s gnarliest. Extremely harsh and barren tones from FOFAB complemented by dreamcrusher’s grit-and-smash industrial dance. Limited to 20.

Yamoto was a loud and sometimes shitty band from Wichita, Kansas. Daniel Davis and Nathan Wilder wrote all the music, and practiced rarely. It was, and remains, dedicated to fun, noise, and friendship.

Tracks 8-10 recorded in the basement of Nathan’s house on Rutan in Wichita, KS fall 2007 – immediately preceding our 2007 tour. All music was improvised for the Brain Freedom split cassette release with Low Oriole.
Yamoto is awesome. Deal with it.
